There was an error in the page [[:en:Iraq]], and hence the bot believed that this was an interwiki to add. Is seems that the namespace "meta" is not configured in the russian server. If my bot links together [[:de:Genie]] to [[:en:Genie]] because I told it to do so, it may be right or wrong, but it is not a bot issue. The bot can also add wrong interwikis because there was wrong information in the wiki pages. In this case, it is necessary just to revert the edit, and to fix the wrong information that confused the bot. For instance, [[:en:Genius]] is a redirect to [[:en:Oscar Wilde]], and this confuse the bot that tries to work with interwikis to [[:en:Genie]].
